Northern Exposure Brewing Co. STHLM Pils

STHLM PILS is a crisp single-hop session pilsner. We used the NZ hop Motueka for this recipe as it gives loads of refreshing citrus notes. It's commonly used on the other side of the globe in NZ-style lagers. A good bitter backbone gives a lingering aftertaste and a nice long finish to the beer. One of our favourites go to beers!
