Shrub originates from the colonial era where fruits, vegetables and berries were preserved by mixing with vinegar and botanicals to create a thirst-quenching and complex drink. A technique used for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails. We have mixed alcohol free Shrub Soda cocktails with our fav combinations of fruits, berries, veggies and herbs and put these on cans! This one with rhubarb, mint and ginger.
