Thorny Eagle, the realisation of a long-lived dream for the founders of Brew York to collaborate with the creators of the iconic Jaipur IPA – Thornbridge Brewery! A modern West Coast IPA with classic Columbus, Centennial and Simcoe creating a piney, floral platform for the fruit basket flavours of experimental hop; HBC586. In true collaboration style we’ve also used Thornbridge’s house yeast in this – cheers guys
