Bischöflische - 2020 Kanzemer Altenberg Pinot noir GG

The sun-exposed steep slope ( uo to 85%) is made for growing the finest Pinot noirs and so vines of this variety were planted here a long time ago.

The Parcel Wolfsberg is located in the uppermost parcel of the Altenberg at the extreme north-east tip towards Wiltinger Kupp.

The soil is very poor but the Pinot noir vines cope well with this dry location.

Spontan Fermentation with wild yeast 21days on skins. Maturation 16monts in Moselle oak barrels.
