Brutes Rosa Himmel

Rosa Himmel — Sparkling fruit wine made of Swedish apples from abandoned orchards macerated with wild Swedish blueberries and aronia berries, aka chokeberries. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeast. No filtration, no additives and no added sulphites. Bottle conditioned. Store standing upright, dark and cold. Serve chilled, +12 degrees. Contains sulphites and natural sediments. Fruktvin. Innehåller sulfiter. Best before 2026 but probably great after. 75cl , 6.5 vol%.
