Dr Rieslingstein’s Monster — Sparkling fruit wine made of Swedish Gravenstein apples, a small amount of other old varieties and flowering quince. Macerated with Riesling skins from Wine Mechanics for 4 months. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeast. No filtration, no additives and no added sulphites. Bottle conditioned. Store standing upright, dark and cold. Serve chilled, +12 degrees. Contains sulphites and natural sediments. Fruktvin. Innehåller sulfiter. Best before 2026 but probably great after. 75cl, 6.5 vol%.
