Naga Hills Hibiscus

Roselle has an incredible flavor. Tart and sour with floral character and hints of cranberries. Can be used in spice blends, in sour soups or the perfect addition to lemonades. Either as a ground up powder or steep in water and use the liquid. Harvest: January Ukhrul, Indien 2022
