Deep Fried, based in Long Island City, New York, is a small but innovative brewery known for intensely hopped, hazy beers. Collaborating with them gave us the opportunity to explore their unique approach to dry hopping and aroma development. This double IPA uses some of the highest hop concentrations we have ever worked with, resulting in a beer that is explosively aromatic and saturated with hop flavor. It represents a meeting of styles and techniques, showing what can happen when two breweries push each other to new extremes.
