Following our experimental Piña Colada release, we tucked some of that base into bourbon barrels to see how it would evolve. The result is a beer that mimics a mixed cocktail even more than the original. It retains the chunky foam and fruit intensity but adds a distinct spirit aroma and a touch of heat on the finish. It’s a barrel-aged cocktail experience served conveniently from a can.
