Perikles has a fun story. When we opened Omnipollos hatt 11 years ago, we didn't have a pilsner in our portfolio, and it felt like a big ask to only present customers with fruited sours and stouts. Perikles became our first pilsner and our first-ever draft offering. We are bringing it back now as a fond nod to our history, but in a non-alcoholic version. It represents a "first" for us once again as we expand what a pilsner can be in the non-alc category.
