Collaborating with Donzoko (UK), we wanted to explore the techniques of one of the world’s best lager producers. This Helles is less hoppy than a Pilsner, focusing instead on a rustic, intense malt character. While the style is German-inspired, it carries an English brewing heritage that makes for a unique departure from traditional European offerings. Expect a bready, rustic, and beautifully balanced malt experience.
