This is arguably our most radical beer of the year. By moving away from the typical berry and tropical fruit additions, we’ve created a beer that is essentially white and opaque. It is a play with texture and cream, utilizing coconut cream and lime to push the boundaries of what a beer can look and feel like. Depending on how you pour it, you can enjoy it clear like coconut water or shake it gently for a full-on creamy experience. It is a novel, uncharted venture into pure spice and texture.
