Wet City Spirits

We teamed up with the recently born Italian distillery Strada Ferrata, co-founded by Agostino Arioli from Birrificio Italiano.

The two teams agreed to create a red bitter aperitif based on a traditional Italian take but partly influenced by nordic botanicals such as Rosehip Peel, Elderflower and Wormwood.

We’re going for an Italian name in Moderato. The style is a Red Bitter, but in Italian Bitter al Rabarbaro.
