The Bianca series began with a simple mango lassi inspired Gose, combining the yogurt, vanilla, and fruit of the Indian beverage with a classic German style salted sour beer. Since then, the series has taken a delightful detour into the pastry landscape. This version, brewed at our church brewery, captures the nostalgic essence of a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
