Cleo originally debuted seven years ago as a Lobster Roll IPA for our bar in Gothenburg. We’ve brought it back for the Swedish crayfish season, evolving it into a 7% ABV Crayfish IPA. This beer is uniquely designed to pair with seafood, featuring a subtle, built-in saltiness that complements the fruit-forward, bold hopping. It’s a big, bold, and slightly savory IPA that celebrates a specific moment in the Swedish calendar.
