Stockholms Aperitif - SVART

A darkly rich, herbal, coffee-infused unique apéritif. Handbuilt from a base of Swedish apple cider fortified with our dry gin, and then infused with tons of medium roast coffee from our local roaster. After infusion we add a bitter made from lemon, Nigella sativa, cacao, oak, cedar and gentian. Best enjoyed straight over ice, in cocktails (for example an espresso martini) or the unexpected match made in heaven with vanilla ice cream.
