The grapes are primarily sourced from Dambach-la-Ville and Scherwiller, villages where granite soils predominate. This ruby-colored red wine has a supple structure and typical aromas of red fruits such as cherry. The finish is fruity and persistent. It will stand out for its elegance, finesse, and drinkability. This Alsatian Pinot Noir reveals its full character when paired with red meats, charcuterie, roasts, grilled meats, cheeses, and tomato-based dishes like Osso Buco or spaghetti Bolognese. It is the lightest Pinot Noir in the range.
