We try to brew intuitive beers that feel like they should have already been made. The idea for the original Bianca came to life 12 years ago at an Indian restaurant while drinking a mango lassi. We realized we could join that sweet, spicy yogurt beverage with the salty-sour tradition of a German Gose using lactose sugar as the bridge. We are bringing back this 3.5% "folköl" version for the Swedish market, utilizing all our latest technology to recreate the first and original bang in our Bianca series.
