It is the historical wine of our territory, the most present vine in our area.

We vinify it respecting the imprint that naturally comes from our vineyards to bring its history and its characteristics in the glass of those who taste it: only steel for about a year in the cellar to rest and then in the bottle about a year after the harvest.
