Sweet pepper jam

This jam is made with glazed pieces of julienne cutted peppers.The brilliant hues of yellow, orange, red and green are typical of sweet peppers.The jam has a hint of vanilla. It is excellent eaten with white meats like chicken or with smoked cheeses.
