Faer Isles Distillery Hvonn Akvavit brings North Atlantic freshness with real aromatic depth. Built around Faroese angelica (hvonn) plus a touch of seaweed for maritime lift, it’s a distinctive take on a Nordic classic. 70 cl, 39.8% ABV.

Tasting notes 👃

Mild yet spicy and very aromatic. Angelica root brings a gentle anise like tone, while the stem adds green freshness. A hint of seaweed rounds it out with clean maritime notes and extra complexity on the palate.
