A collaboration originally brewed with Boston-based Trillium—known for their mastery of both hoppy and dark beers—this updated version is crafted by us at Dugges using a base of multi-year bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout. Infused with fresh cinnamon, cassia bark, vanilla, coconut, and a whisper of cardamom for layered sweetness. A dark, spiced homage to a cultural ritual of pastries and togetherness.
