When we opened the Church, we found ourselves in a unique position to explore the heritage of traditional brewing through a modern lens. Following our French Wheat, this German Weissbier is a deep dive into a style that demands precision. While it’s a personal favorite we’ve long explored on a home-brew scale, bringing it to our professional system allowed us to utilize tips and tricks from industry colleagues to push the yeast to its full potential.
