Brewed at the church in collaboration with Brooklyn-based The Test Brewery, this double IPA celebrates their first anniversary and the incredible waves they have made on the scene. Driven by a fine dining background at Michelin-starred Blue Hill and a deep understanding of wine, founder Ben Clayton brings a unique perspective to hoppy brewing. We have interpreted his style by drawing heavily on the white wine and grape notes characteristic of New Zealand hops. The result is a New Zealand laden juice bomb that is hazy, big, and features a soft, pillowy mouthfeel. It finishes slightly drier than our usual double IPAs but remains beautifully balanced with very low bitterness.
